What information do I collect and why I collect it
I collect information only if and when you provide information to me when subscribing to my newsletter or fill in a contact form on this website.
When you are signing-in or writing a question in a contact form you are asked to enter your name and e-mail address. This information may be used to stay in contact with you. If you have supplied your email address, I may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new blog posts or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with me and my work. I primarily use my blog to communicate this type of information, so I expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.
I will not share, rent or sell any information about you to anyone. I would disclose information about you only when required to do so by law, if you give permission to have your information shared, or when I believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of this website, third parties, or the public at large.
This website uses WordPress cookies and also third party cookies. These include social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (through the use of sharing buttons), or embedded content from Youtube and Vimeo. As a result, cookies may be set by these third parties, and used by them to track your online activity. I have no direct control over the information that is collected by these cookies.
Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies. You can delete cookies already stored on your computer. If you block or delete cookies, you may not be able to use all the features on my website.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

You can request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for legal or security purposes.
I do not disclose information about email subscribers, clients or customers to any third parties, other companies or individuals.
All personal (e.g. name, email address, postal address) and sensitive personal data (e.g. details of your current emotional state, health, relationships) shared with me by email, letter and in one-to-one consultations is stored and used in accordance with general data protection regulation (GDPR).
